Sales Policies

At Simply Mum Creations, we ask customers to place their orders within 14 days of your scheduled homecoming date. If you place your order after the 14 day mark, a starting $50 rush fee will with an additional overbooked fee when applicable, will be applied to your order depending on the size and detail of your mum. Orders that will require shipping, we ask that you place your order at least 16 days before your homecoming to ensure that your order will be completed on time.

At our studio, we do not send progress pictures of any sort. Trust that we are working off of the details you provided during your consultation or order process.

 

Once the order has been placed there are no additional add ons. Please check and verify that all your accolades and important information is added when submitting your order. The only exception being nominated to the court.

We are so blessed with the support and love of the Rio Grande Valley, that we usually sell out. To avoid any misunderstandings with cancellations/ refund to your order, please check availability.

 

Orders that are placed through the website are required to complete full payment at time of order. If you would like to enroll in a payment plan then please add that to the special notes on the order form.

Once your order is submitted, be aware that pickups will be the day prior to your homecoming day unless discussed. Shipping orders will be sent out a week prior to your expected homecoming day.
